JLTA第28回全国研究大会のプログラムを公開いたします。多くの皆様にご参加いただければ幸いです。

参加申し込み（一般会員・学生会員・シニア会員の皆さま） 

・参加を希望されている方は、可能な限り事前に申し込みをお願いいたします。申し込みには昨年度と同様にPeatixを活用して参ります。下記リンクからお申し込みください。

Peatixでの登録について

・ご発表を申し込まれた方（招待者を除く）も大会参加の手続きが必要となりますのでご注意ください。​

・締切日は2025年９月10日（水）23:59（日本時間）です。 

・事前登録締切後は研究大会当日の受付にてお申込みください。 

参加申し込み（賛助会員・展示企業様） 

Peatixでの事前登録は不要です。研究大会当日受付までお越しください。 

なお、懇親会にご参加を希望される場合は、お手数をおかけし恐れ入りますが、Peatixにて「懇親会参加」のチケットを購入ください。
事前の人数把握へのご協力に感謝申し上げます。 

参加費・お支払方法 

・会員：無料 

・学生：無料 

・非会員：￥3,000 

・懇親会：￥5,000 

＊お支払の方法について、事前登録の場合はクレジットカード支払いのみになります。
＊当日参加登録の場合のお支払は「現金のみ」となります。出来る限りお釣りのないようお願いします。

Peatixでの事前登録方法 

・上記サイトから「チケットを申し込む」へと進み，「一般会員」あるいは「学生会員」を1つ選択して進んでください。（シニア会員の方は一般会員を選択してください）。 

・次のページで「領収証は必要ですか？」、「メール」、「家族控室の利用予定」についての質問があるので回答してください。 

・さらに次のページでご氏名（カナ）を入力いただき「チケットを申し込む」と進めば登録完了です。 

・懇親会にご参加を希望される方は、「懇親会」のチケットもお申し込みください。

大会当日の受付方法 

・上記サイトから「チケットを申し込む」へと進み，チケットを選択して進んでください。（学生会員・シニア会員の方はJLTA会員を選択してください）。
・次のページで、氏名、所属、懇親会、家族控室についての質問があるので回答してください。
・さらに次のページで「チケットを申し込む」まで進めば登録完了です。

大会当日の受付方法

・事前登録いただいた皆さまは、当日は受付まで直接お越しください。
・当日受付も可能ですが混雑が想定されます。つきましては、事前登録にご協力くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

厚かましいお願いで恐縮ですが、関係の他の学術団体等にも本研究大会についてお知らせいただけると大変嬉しく存じます。

We are pleased to announce the release of the program for the 28th JLTA Annual Conference. We look forward to welcoming many of you to the event.

Registration for Participation (General Members, Student Members, Senior Members) 

  • If you wish to attend, we kindly ask that you register in advance if possible. As with last year, we are using Peatix for registration. Please register via the link below.

How to Register via Peatix

  • Please note that even if you have applied to present (except for invited speakers), you will still need to complete the registration process for participation in the conference.
  • The deadline for registration is Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM (JST).
  • After the deadline, please register at the reception desk on the day of the conference

Registration for Supporting Members and Exhibiting Companies
Pre-registration via Peatix is not required. Please proceed to the reception desk on the day of the conference. 

Participation Fees and Payment Methods 

  • Members: Free 
  • Students: Free 
  • Non-members: ¥3,000 
  • Reception: ¥5,000

Payment Method

  • Advance registration (via Peatix): Credit card only
  • On-site registration: Cash only (please bring exact change if possible)

How to Pre-register via Peatix 

  • Please select the appropriate ticket. (Student and Senior Members should select “JLTA Member.”)
  • On the next page, please enter your name and affiliation, and answer the questions regarding reception participation and the family waiting room.

Check-in Process on the Day of the Conference 

  • Based on the information you provided during pre-registration, we will prepare a registration form on the desk. Please come directly to the desk on the day.
  • On-the-day registration is also possible, but we expect congestion. We would appreciate your cooperation in pre-registering.
