日本言語テスト学会（JLTA）第28回全国研究大会：Call for Papers
日本言語テスト学会（JLTA）第28回全国研究大会を群馬大学荒牧キャンパス（対面）にて、下記の要領で開催いたします。皆さまのご参加並びに大会テーマや言語テスト・評価全般に関連した研究発表及び実践報告のご応募をお待ちしております。
今回は、基調講演は日本語、シンポジウムは日本語および英語でなされますが、英語による発表も歓迎いたします。
発表時間は、発表20分と質疑応答10分です。「第一発表者としての発表は一人一回のみ可」で、第一発表者以外での発表回数には制限はありません。

<手話通訳利用に関する参加費補助制度について>
研究大会への参加に際して手話通訳を利用する会員に対し、参加に伴う費用の一部を補助する制度を設けています。詳細は以下のとおりです。
- 手話通訳の依頼は、申請者ご自身で手配をお願いいたします。
- ご所属機関等に同様の支援制度がある場合は、そちらの制度の利用もご検討ください。
- 本制度における補助額は、1大会につき1人1件あたり、最大30,000円または実費額のいずれか低い額とします。
- 応募者が多数となり、予算額を超過する場合は、1件あたりの補助額を調整する可能性がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
- 補助を希望される方は、JLTA_手話通訳補助申請書.docx に必要事項を記入の上、2025年8月31日（日）までに学会事務局 (kkubota[at]fmu.ac.jp) へご提出ください。

The 28th Japan Language Testing Association Annual Conference (JLTA 2025): Call for Papers
The Japan Language Testing Association (JLTA) invites presentation proposals for its annual conference. We look forward to receiving your proposals related to the conference theme and to language testing and assessment in general.
At this year’s conference, the keynote speech will be presented in Japanese and the symposium will be presented both in Japanese and English. As usual, we welcome proposals for presentations in English.
Each presenter will have 20 minutes to present his/her research paper or assessment practice report, followed by a 10-minute discussion. Note that each participant can present multiple times, but only once as the first presenter.

Assessment practice report
Report on assessment practices, including language tests, language program/curriculum evaluation, and assessment for teacher development, etc.
Presenters of both types will have 20 minutes each to present their research papers or assessment practice reports, followed by a 10-minute discussion.

All presenters must be JLTA members.
*Non-members should take JLTA membership within two weeks after the notice of presentation acceptance, via https://www.bunken.org/jlta/member/Registration/.
*This rule applies to all presenters in the program.
<Important information on submitting your proposal>
- After you submit your proposal, you will receive an email on submission confirmation. If you do not receive it, you may have provided an incorrect email address; in this case, please submit your proposal again.
- If, for any reason, you cannot send the proposal via Google Forms, or do not receive the confirmation, please send the information mentioned under <How to apply> above to jlta.cfp[at]gmail.com.
- Each participant can present multiple times, but only once as the first presenter, regardless of the presentation type (research paper or assessment practice report).
- More details about the presentations will be available on the conference website. We will not accept any changes in your abstract after the proposal submission deadline has passed, in principle.
- Notification of selection will be sent via email to the first presenter by July 21st, 2025.

<Financial Support for Sign Language Interpretation>
To support accessibility, JLTA offers a financial assistance program for members who require sign language interpretation to participate in the conference. Details are as follows:
- Participants must arrange their own sign language interpreter.
- If your affiliated institution provides a similar support system, please consider applying through that program first.
- The maximum amount of financial support is 30,000 JPY per person per conference, or the actual cost incurred, whichever is lower.
- If the number of applicants exceeds the available budget, the maximum amount per person may be reduced.
- Those wishing to apply for this support should complete the designated form “JLTA_Sign Language Interpretation Support Application Form.docx” and submit it to the JLTA Secretariat (kkubota[at]fmu.ac.jp) by Sunday, August 31, 2025.
