JLTA第27回全国研究大会のプログラム（最終版）を公開いたします。
最終版の公開が研究大会の直前となってしまったことを深くお詫び申し上げます。

参加申し込み（一般会員・学生会員・シニア会員の皆さま）
・参加を希望されている方は、可能な限り事前に申し込みをお願いいたします。申し込みには昨年度と同様にPeatixを活用して参ります。下記URLからお申し込みください。

・ご発表を申し込まれた方（招待者を除く）も大会参加の手続きが必要となりますのでご注意ください。
・締切日は2024年10月2日（水）23:59（日本時間）です。
・事前登録締切後は研究大会当日の受付にてお申込みください。
参加申し込み（賛助会員・展示企業様）
Peatixでの事前登録は不要です。研究大会当日受付までお越しください。
なお、懇親会にご参加を希望される場合は、お手数をおかけし恐れ入りますが、Peatixにて「懇親会」にのみチェックを入れてお申し込みいただけますと幸いでございます。事前の人数把握へのご協力に感謝申し上げます。
参加費・お支払方法
・会員：無料
・学生：無料
・非会員：￥3,000
・懇親会：￥4,000 （先着50名、残り10枠ほどです）
＊お支払の方法について、事前登録、当日受付に関わらず、研究大会当日の参加受付の際にお支払ください。
＊お支払は「現金のみ」となります。出来る限りお釣りのないようお願いします。
＊「非会員」、「懇親会」のお申込みについて、Peatixのシステムの都合で「無料」と表示されますが、上記の費用を受付にてお支払いいただきます。ご注意ください。
Peatixでの事前登録方法
・上記サイトから「チケットを申し込む」へと進み，「一般会員」あるいは「学生会員」を1つ選択して進んでください。（シニア会員の方は一般会員を選択してください）。
・次のページで「領収証は必要ですか？」、「メール」、「家族控室の利用予定」についての質問があるので回答してください。
・さらに次のページでご氏名（カナ）を入力いただき「チケットを申し込む」と進めば登録完了です。
・懇親会にご参加を希望される方は、「懇親会」のチケットもお申し込みください。
大会当日の受付方法
・事前登録いただいた情報をもとに事務局で受付表を用意します。当日は受付まで直接お越しください。
・当日受付も可能ですが混雑が想定されます。つきましては、事前登録にご協力くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

We apologize for the delay in releasing the program. The final program for The 27th Japan Language Testing Association Annual Conference has been released.
The conference is just around the corner, and we would be honored if many of you could attend. Please check the details via the link below.
Program（Preliminary）・（Final）
Registration for Participation (General Members, Student Members, Senior Members)
- If you wish to attend, we kindly ask that you register in advance if possible. As with last year, we are using Peatix for registration. Please register via the link below.

- Please note that even if you have applied to present (except for invited speakers), you will still need to complete the registration process for participation in the conference.
- The deadline for registration is 11:59 PM (JST) on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
- If you miss the pre-registration deadline, please register at the reception desk on the day of the conference.
Registration for Supporting Members and Exhibiting Companies
Pre-registration via Peatix is not required. Please proceed to the reception desk on the day of the conference.
Participation Fees and Payment Methods
- Members: Free
- Students: Free
- Non-members: ¥3,000
- Reception: ¥4,000
*Payment (by cash only) should be made at the registration desk on the day of the conference, regardless of whether you pre-registered or are registering on the day.
* For “非会員 (Non-members)” and “懇親会 (Reception)” registration, the Peatix system may display “無料 (free of charge),” but the fees mentioned above must be paid at the reception desk. Please take note of this.
How to Pre-register via Peatix
- Please select either “一般会員(General Member)” or “学生会員 (Student Member)” (Senior Members should choose “General Member”) and proceed to “チケットを申し込む (Order Tickets)” from the site above.
- On the next page, please answer the questions about “領収書 (a receipt)”, “メールアドレス (email address)”, and “use of the family waiting room?”
- On the following page, enter your name in Katakana, and then click “チケットを申し込む (Order Tickets)” to complete your registration.
- If you would like to attend the reception, please also order the ticket of “懇親会(Reception).”
Check-in Process on the Day of the Conference
- Based on the information you provided during pre-registration, we will prepare a registration form on the desk. Please come directly to the desk on the day.
- On-the-day registration is also possible, but we expect congestion. We would appreciate your cooperation in pre-registering.
